Details of the Job/Internship
ATB Legal is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- 4-5 years in commercial contract drafting and small to medium-sized M&A transactions.
- Prior experience in top-tier or mid-tier law firms is a must. Sorry, we discount experience in in-house positions.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
