Avant Garde Industries seeks a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to manage and oversee all legal aspects of their business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing legal advice for offline and online business operations, and handling matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and negotiations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on business transactions, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure adherence to corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle legal matters related to online and offline business activities, including e-commerce operations.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and business negotiations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, HR, and sales, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal frameworks.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate laws, regulations, and policies to provide strategic legal insights.
• Handle intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, regulations, and commercial legal frameworks.
• Experience in handling mergers, acquisitions, and negotiations.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal solutions.
• Experience in handling e-commerce legal matters, digital transactions, and online compliance.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
