Details of the Job/Internship

Baynine Ventures LLP is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, JV agreements, SPAs, and shareholder/vendor contracts.
• Support M&A processes including due diligence, deal structuring, and documentation.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and Companies Act.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for complex legal issues.
• Handle governance, board resolutions, and entity structuring.
• Support legal requirements across teams including investment, finance, HR, and operations.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed law school.
• CS or corporate law certifications (optional but preferred).
• Strong exposure to corporate law, M&A, and compliance.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and Companies Act.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and ethical work style.
• Good legal research and analytical thinking.

Salary/Stipend
