Details of the Job/Internship

BizExpress Advisors is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
• Possess a strong understanding of contract law principles and be able to identify potential contractual issues.
• Negotiate effectively with legal teams on the other side, advocating for companies' interests while maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initial negotiation to final execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ROC compliances and advise on adherence to regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents as needed.
• Stay updated on legal developments impacting the company's industry.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field (CS qualification a plus).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a legal or contract management role.
• Proven ability to review, analyze, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial awareness.

Salary/Stipend
