Bosscoder Academy is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to manage legal matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect the organisation’s interests.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on business operations and strategic decisions.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance standards.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Develop and maintain standard legal templates and documentation.
- Identify legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Support internal teams such as HR, Sales, and Finance with legal guidance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent degree with bar enrollment.
- Strong expertise in contract law, drafting, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in legal research and litigation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Exposure to international trade and cross-border transactions preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate legal or litigation roles is an advantage.
