Broadwings Multi Family Office is hiring a Corporate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate transactions and business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on corporate governance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Support formulation and implementation of company policies.
- Represent the company in legal matters and coordinate with external counsel.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal strategies with business goals.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience in corporate governance and advisory roles.
- Excellent research, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- JD or LL.B. degree from an accredited institution with valid bar membership.
- Prior experience in fintech or financial services is an added advantage.
