Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Corporate Lawyer will manage legal and statutory compliance, regulatory compliance, environmental clearances, sustainability initiatives, business certifications, government registrations, licenses, and project planning.

Eligibility

• Legal expertise in corporate law and compliance.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental laws.
• Experience with business certifications and government registrations.
• Ability to handle project planning and executions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree.
• Experience in corporate law or related fields.
• Should have experience in registration of ROC, factory & fire NOC, Annual Compliance, and Company Incorporation.
