Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 3–6 years of experience to join their team in Noida Sector 63.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, employment laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct land audits and legal due diligence for infrastructure, factory setup, and industrial projects.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with environmental laws, including CPCB/SPCB guidelines, EIA, and sustainability regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Represent the organisation before legal forums and coordinate with government authorities.
- Monitor updates in government policies, statutory regulations, and judicial rulings related to corporate and environmental law.
- Ensure internal compliance with applicable labour laws, business licenses, and registrations.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed law institute.
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate law, labour laws, environmental compliance, and land due diligence.
- Strong understanding of central and state environmental laws and regulatory bodies such as MOEF, CPCB, and SPCB.
- Experience with industrial establishments, infrastructure audits, or consulting firms is preferred.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism.
