Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 3–6 years of experience to join its office in Noida, Sector 63. The role involves providing legal counsel on corporate governance, employment laws, environmental compliance, and land due diligence.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, employment laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct land audits and legal due diligence for infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws including CPCB/SPCB guidelines and EIA regulations.
- Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Represent the company in legal forums and liaise with government departments.
- Monitor statutory regulations, policies, and court rulings related to corporate and environmental law.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, business licenses, and registrations.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed law institute.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate law, labour laws, environmental compliance, and land due diligence.
- Strong understanding of central and state-level environmental laws and regulatory bodies (MOEF, CPCB, SPCB).
- Preferred experience with industrial establishments, infrastructure audits, or consulting firms.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- High level of professionalism.
