Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Noida Sector 63 on a contractual basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals and ensure timely execution of legal tasks.
- Handle court-related matters including filings, hearings, and legal notices for Corpseed and its clients.
- Manage high-level client legal escalations and coordinate with the Customer Relations Team.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Independently manage recovery cases including legal notices, settlement agreements, and court recovery proceedings.
- Review and approve legal and technical documents submitted by the Technical Team.
- Coordinate with CRT, Finance, Technical, and Advisory teams to minimise legal risk.
- Draft, vet, and finalize legal contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and client agreements.
- Develop internal SOPs and compliance frameworks for legal operations.
- Conduct training sessions and legal briefings for internal departments.
Eligibility
- achelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, and team handling.
- Proven experience in recovery cases and managing client legal escalations.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and corporate documentation.
