Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling environmental clearances, managing quality certifications, and overseeing government registrations/licenses.

Eligibility

• Legal advisory, contract drafting, and compliance management skills.
• Experience in handling environmental clearances and quality certifications.
• Knowledge of government registrations and licensing processes.
• Strong understanding of project planning and business funding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Experience in corporate law and relevant regulations.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Should have 3+ year of experience.
