Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Noida on a contractual basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, employment laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct land audits and legal due diligence for infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Advise on compliance with environmental laws including CPCB/SPCB guidelines and EIA.
- Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Represent the organization in legal forums and liaise with government departments.
- Monitor changes in policy, regulations, and court rulings related to corporate and environmental law.
- Ensure internal compliance with applicable labour laws, business licenses, and registrations.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed law institute.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in corporate law, labour laws, environmental compliance, and land due diligence.
- 2–3 years of experience working in an in-house company (corporate setting) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of central and state-level environmental laws and regulatory bodies.
- Experience with industrial establishments, infrastructure audits, or consulting firms preferred.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Highly professional.
