Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer with 4-6 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, employment law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct land audits and legal due diligence for industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Advise on environmental law compliance (CPCB, SPCB, MOEF, EIA norms, sustainability mandates).
- Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Represent Corpseed in legal forums and coordinate with government authorities as needed.
- Track and analyze changes in statutory regulations, government policies, and court rulings.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, business licenses, and registrations across verticals.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in corporate, employment, and environmental law.
- Proven expertise in land due diligence and working with industrial/infrastructure clients.
- Strong understanding of regulatory bodies (MOEF, CPCB, SPCB) and legal frameworks.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.
- Highly professional, solution-oriented, and adaptable.
