Details of the Job/Internship
Corpseed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the legal team and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Handle court proceedings including filings, hearings, and legal notices for Corpseed and clients.
- Manage high-level client legal escalations in coordination with the Customer Relations Team.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Handle recovery cases including notices, settlement agreements, and court recovery actions.
- Review and approve legal and technical documents shared internally and with clients.
- Coordinate with CRT, Finance, Technical, and Advisory teams to minimize legal risks.
- Draft and finalize contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and client agreements.
- Prepare internal SOPs and compliance frameworks for legal operations.
- Conduct legal briefings and training sessions for internal departments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, and team management.
- Experience in recovery case handling and managing client legal escalations.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and corporate documentation.
