Details of the Job/Internship
CruzenDigital is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of one year of experience to join its team in New Delhi. The role involves advising on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, managing contracts and compliance, supporting corporate governance, and identifying legal risks while providing practical, business-oriented solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder documentation.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-focused solutions.
- Support employment, intellectual property, and compliance matters as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) is an added advantage.
- Minimum one year of experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Experience in an in-house legal role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
