Details of the Job/Internship

CruzenDigital is hiring a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to join their organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder documentation.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-focused solutions.
• Support employment, intellectual property, and compliance matters as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Law is an added advantage.
• Experience in an in-house legal role within a corporate environment.
• A minimum of one year of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend
