Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, digital payments, and fintech-specific issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with our digital payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on fintech regulations and industry trends, advising the organization as needed.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations when required.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of legal experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- A law degree and a valid license to practice law.
- Strong understanding of fintech regulations, digital payments laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience handling legal matters in digital payments or fintech is a plus.
