Details of the Job/Internship
Denzour Nutrition is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Jasola, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Handle legal documentation for transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal research and update management on legal developments.
- Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters.
- Handle employee grievance-related legal issues.
- Maintain proper legal documentation and records.
- Evaluate projects to ensure compliance with corporate laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or B.A. LL.B.) from a recognised university.
- Registered with the Bar Council of India.
- 3–4 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate laws.
