Details of the Job/Internship

Desai & Diwanji is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 2 years to join their office in Indore.

Eligibility

• LLB or CS qualified candidate having at least 2 years experience. Mandatory experience of compliance and due diligence of listed companies.
• Should be able to do legal or secretarial due diligence of companies involved in M&A or IPO.
• Excellent drafting skills in English is a must.
• This is not an opportunity for freshers.

Salary/Stipend
