Devant is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 7–8 years of experience to join their office in Jadabpur, West Bengal, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Liaise with external counsel on complex legal matters.
• Support internal teams with legal queries to ensure business practices comply with the law.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), LLM is a plus.
• 7–8 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
