Details of the Job/Internship

Divisa Herbals Private Limited is hiring a qualified Lawyer to manage property and trademark matters from their office in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property due diligence, including title verification and ownership record reviews.
• Draft, review, and vet all legal documentation, including petitions, agreements, and notices.
• Represent the organization in court hearings and before relevant authorities.
• Ensure strict compliance with RERA regulations, including documentation and filings.
• Manage the end-to-end trademark registration process, from initial searches to final registration.
• Respond to trademark examination reports, objections, and oppositions.
• Maintain and track trademark portfolios, including renewals and compliance requirements.
• Provide legal advice regarding development agreements and general contract law.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• Professional Registration: Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of RERA regulations, property law, contract law, and trademark law.
• Experience: Proven experience in legal drafting, litigation support, and trademark registrations.
• Preferred: Prior experience in real estate legal practice, including familiarity with land records and title searches.

Salary/Stipend

Up to 60K CTC per month.
