EdiGlobe is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the business, including contract review, negotiations, compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal counsel to the management team.
- Daily tasks may also include dispute resolution, risk management, and ensuring that the company's operations align with legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Experience in contract review, negotiations, and compliance.
- Skills in providing legal counsel and dispute resolution.
- Risk management and understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM is a plus.
