Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring a corporate lawyer with 5 years of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Policies, and other corporate contracts.
• Drafting legal notices, applications, and opinions on various subject matters.
• Providing legal advisory services to corporate clients.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

• Advocates with 5+ years of experience in corporate legal work.
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, legal compliance, and corporate advisory.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
