Details of the Job/Internship
eJAmerica is hiring a Corporate & Business Lawyer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their Mysore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on legal matters across India, USA, Australia, UK, Germany, and Poland.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance.
- Conduct compliance audits and support insurance and audit activities.
- Draft and manage contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs.
- Handle IP protection and liaise with external counsel for litigation.
- Develop and improve legal processes across departments.
- Maintain legal knowledge base and support global collaboration.
- Respond to internal legal queries within two hours.
- Contribute to marketing content and travel as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word.
- Prior experience in a corporate legal team or law firm preferred.
