Details of the Job/Internship

Entri is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Kochi, Kerala.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with business partners, vendors, employees, and users.
• Prepare and respond to legal notices and coordinate with external counsel.
• Advise on compliance with corporate, labor, IT, and employment laws.
• Represent the company in law enforcement matters and handle consumer court complaints.
• Address legal queries from partners, users, and stakeholders.
• Support IP protection, including filings, renewals, and infringement responses.
• Organize legal documentation and help build scalable legal processes.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized Indian university.
• Member of the Bar Council of India (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in Intellectual Property Law will be a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
