Evolve Energy Group is hiring for the position of corporate lawyer to join their Chennai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to solar power solutions, drafting contracts, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is based in Chennai with the flexibility to work from home.

Eligibility

• Legal knowledge in renewable energy and environmental law.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to provide legal advice on corporate matters.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience working in the energy or sustainability sector is a plus.
• Law degree and license to practice law in India.

Salary/Stipend
