FinGuru is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer to join them in their Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing business registration, accounting processes, compliance requirements, and taxation matters on a daily basis.
Eligibility
- Expertise in Business Registration, Accounting, Compliance, and Taxation.
- Sound knowledge in NBFC Accounting and RBI regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant.
- Experience with financial software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
