Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal and regulatory affairs of the organisation.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organisation in legal matters.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Handle intellectual property rights.
• Resolve legal disputes related to business operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with a valid licence to practise law.
• Experience in corporate law or a similar legal capacity.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in intellectual property law and dispute resolution is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
