Details of the Job/Internship

Fox Mandal & Associates LLP is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer with 1-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and transaction documents.
• Manage transactions involving investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Handle corporate disputes and assist in resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth deal execution.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Proven exposure to M&A, investments, and corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
