Details of the Job/Internship

Gadi & Associates is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Gurgaon. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, and drafting transaction documents for investment and strategic transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft transaction documents for investment and strategic transactions.
• Conduct legal research and apply relevant laws to different scenarios.
• Communicate legal concepts effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage work efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law with a valid licence to practise law.
• Strong skills in corporate-commercial law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory legal frameworks, with experience in corporate governance.
• Proficiency in legal research and the ability to analyse and apply laws to varied scenarios.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
