Details of the Job/Internship

GoBoult is hiring a Corporate Lawyer (Intellectual Property & Legal Affairs) with 4–8 years of experience to work at the Gurugram Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate legal and compliance matters across entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design registrations.
• Handle IP filings, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proactive IP protection.
• Liaise with external counsel for IP litigation and brand defense.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a Tier-1 law school; LL.M. in IP Law preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate legal and IP roles.
• Strong understanding of IP law, consumer law, and contract management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
