Details of the Job/Internship

Goila Pumps Private Limited is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, and internal policies.
• Ensure company operations and transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage legal risk and implement policies to mitigate exposure.
• Advise leadership on corporate governance and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Support legal aspects of international trade, manufacturing, and export activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM or advanced legal education is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in corporate law, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or export sector is a strong advantage.
