Details of the Job/Internship
Helo.ai by VivaConnect is hiring a Senior Legal Professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage corporate legal, regulatory, and litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, service, lease, employment, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, rules, and regulations.
- Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain legal documentation and records of contracts and cases.
- Respond to police notices, legal notices, and summons.
- Draft and file FIR applications and related documents.
- Visit police stations and courts for sensitive legal matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates for litigation.
- Liaise with government authorities, police officials, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the organization before authorities when required.
- Lead negotiations and strategize settlements.
- Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely closure of disputes.
Eligibility
- LLB with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
- Practical exposure to criminal law procedures, FIR processes, and police matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.
