Hindustan Wellness is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing legal documentation.
• Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Handling disputes.
• Ensuring adherence to corporate laws.
• Mitigating legal risks.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to support business operations.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
• Experience handling regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher, with relevant certifications as a plus.
• 3+ years of experience practising corporate law, preferably in the healthcare industry.
