Hoora Technologies is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join its office in Nagpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build and manage an end-to-end grievance resolution and mediation mechanism.
- Handle pre-litigation settlements and dispute resolution.
- Recruit, train, and manage a grievance-handling team.
- Develop SOPs for logging, tracking, and resolving grievances.
- Provide legal advice on criminal law-related operational risks.
- Support preventive legal measures in hiring and vendor management.
- Advise on compliance and regulatory risks during business expansion.
- Maintain grievance documentation and reporting for leadership.
- Translate recurring issues into policy and process improvements.
Eligibility
- LLB and LLM degrees (mandatory).
- Specialised experience in Criminal Law.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or grievance management.
- Experience in high-volume, customer-facing or hyper-local business models.
- Strong mediation, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
