House of Creasip is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts.
- Provide legal counsel on business matters.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Protect intellectual property rights.
- Handle disputes and manage legal risks.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments in the industry.
Eligibility
- Strong contract drafting and review skills.
- Experience in providing legal counsel on business matters and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights and protection.
- Excellent dispute resolution and risk management skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in corporate law, preferably in the marketing or technology sectors.
