Humiint is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to support growing companies with practical legal insight on a flexible, remote basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Advise on entity structuring, corporate governance, and board documentation.
- Support fundraising rounds, cap table reviews, and investor due diligence.
- Manage contract workflows and internal legal processes.
- Advise on employment law, IP protection, and compliance best practices.
- Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal matters.
- Assist with regulatory filings and cross-border legal considerations.
- Act as a strategic partner on risk mitigation and legal frameworks for growth.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in commercial, corporate, and contract law.
- Clear, practical communication skills with non-legal stakeholders.
- Experience supporting startups, scale-ups, or service-based businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or workstreams independently.
- Familiarity with U.S., UK, or international business law is a plus.
- Prior experience in a fractional, consulting, or solo legal practice is highly valued.
