Details of the Job/Internship
India IPO is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 7–10 years of experience to join their office at 8th, DMALL, 808, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. The role is full-time, with 6 working days (Monday–Saturday) from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and offers a salary of 4–6 LPA. The position involves handling corporate legal matters, IPR, contracts, compliance, and providing strategic legal advice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal matters, contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Manage IPR-related filings, trademarks, copyrights, and legal disputes.
- Represent the company in civil and criminal court proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Liaise with external legal counsels, government departments, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide legal risk analysis and strategic advice to management.
- Stay updated with evolving legal and regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- Registered and practicing advocate with 7–10 years of experience.
- Proven experience in IPR, corporate law, civil and criminal litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and argumentation skills.
