Details of the Job/Internship

India Lawshield is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience in corporate law to join their remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and corporate regulations.
• Handle corporate governance requirements.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on business and legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or additional qualification in Corporate Law preferred.
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
• Expertise in corporate law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Proficient in legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with AI-powered legal tools is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
