Details of the Job/Internship

Indite Law is hiring for the position of Corporate Lawyer with 1+ years of experience in corporate advisory, legal documentation, and compliance to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• International Compliance: Learn and work with cross-border legal frameworks including FINMA (Switzerland), FMIA, Swiss Code of Obligations, FINRA, and relevant US laws. Prior knowledge is a plus; ability to learn quickly is essential.
• Corporate Advisory: Advise clients on governance, M&A, joint ventures, structuring, and regulatory matters.
• Contract & Document Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with Indian regulations—Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, etc.
• Due Diligence: Conduct legal research and analysis for transactions and internal assessments.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to deliver strategic, actionable legal solutions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university (mandatory).
• LL.M., Company Secretary (CS) or other advanced legal/compliance credentials are advantageous.
• PQE: 1+ year
