Details of the Job/Internship
Irish Expert is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their Hyderabad office. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, advising on legal matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Advise on compliance and corporate legal matters.
- Manage legal risks and provide legal support to various departments.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage legal risks and provide sound legal advice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and membership in the relevant Bar Association.
- Experience in the corporate sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
