Irish Expert is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to work at their New Delhi location.

Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal guidance on matters including corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. They will also handle litigation, drafting legal documents, and advising on corporate legal issues.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and litigation
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal matters
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
