Details of the Job/Internship

Irish Expert is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Thrissur in a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will provide legal advice on corporate matters, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, handle mergers and acquisitions, and represent the company in legal proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Stay updated with laws and regulations.
• Prepare legal documentation.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance.

Eligibility

• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, legal principles, and procedures.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Skills in handling mergers and acquisitions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyse legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from a recognised law school.
• Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience in an international or corporate legal environment is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
