Details of the Job/Internship

 J-Law Associates is hiring Corporate Lawyer with experience of 4 to 7 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Excellent drafting ability, especially, capability in drafting detailed agreements including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements,private trust deeds, lease deeds and master service agreement among others.
• Good grasp over contract law, real estate law, title search and due diligence of commercial property,trust laws, Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and other corporate and securities laws.
• Knowledge of Legal Metrology, FSSAl and othernlabelling and safety / quality related legislations;
• Good articulation skills; ability to write Memo and legal opinions;
• Good communication skills; ability to carry on conversations with senior partners with matching articulation and comprehension;
• Experience of representing clients before NCLT and civil courts;
• Good all round interest in law and having broad range of understanding of current affairs and latest legal developments.
• Post qualification experience 4 to 7 Years.

Salary/Stipend
