Jurisiti is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters relating to mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise on corporate governance and company law.
- Draft and review contracts and commercial agreements.
- Work on finance, capital markets, and securities law matters.
- Handle banking and debt transactions.
- Advise on private equity, fund practice, and venture capital.
- Manage real estate, property, and infrastructure matters.
- Handle intellectual property matters.
- Advise on employment and labour law.
- Work on tax law matters.
- Advise on ESG, CSR, and sustainability matters.
- Handle data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
- Provide regulatory and compliance advisory.
- Work on restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters.
- Handle matters relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare.
- Advise on retail and franchising matters.
- Work on telecommunications, media, and technology matters.
- Handle hospitality, leisure, and tourism matters.
- Advise on international trade and cross-border transactions.
- Handle competition and antitrust law matters.
- Advise on insurance law matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- LL.M. in Corporate Laws and General Corporate from a Tier 1 law college.
