Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to corporate affairs, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law. The role involves advising the management team on legal issues, drafting legal documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, compliance, and intellectual property law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Previous experience in a corporate law firm is a plus.
