Kadel Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Udaipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Client Contracts – MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and MOUs.
• Handle legal disputes, including notices for breaches (data leaks, poaching, etc.).
• Review and guide on employee agreements, legal notices, and compliance policies.
• Manage vendor contracts, rent agreements, and local authority disputes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate legal frameworks and mitigate risks.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate law, IT contracts, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, dispute resolution, and corporate compliance.
• Preferred: Experience in an IT or technology-driven company.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
