Details of the Job/Internship
KGiSL is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Law to join their office in Coimbatore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage IT and technology contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs, licensing, vendor, and client agreements.
- Handle end-to-end contract management from initiation to execution and renewal.
- Provide legal support on commercial, corporate, and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and risk management standards.
- Collaborate with business, procurement, sales, and technology teams to support commercial goals.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Support corporate governance and internal compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- 10+ years of proven experience in Corporate Law.
- Strong background in corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.
- Experience in a multinational or large-scale corporate environment preferred.
- Ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
- Strong risk assessment and compliance management capabilities.
