Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and more.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide proactive legal guidance.
- Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations.
- Experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and other corporate matters.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Proficiency in legal research and staying updated with relevant laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
