Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Delhi.

Eligibility

• Experience: PQE 2+ years.
• Experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including M&A and Private Equity.
• Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI, and RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws.
• Exposure to handling compliance work for companies.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Exceptional analytical ability with a logical and problem-solving approach to complex issues.
• Ability to perform and thrive under pressure.
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.

Salary/Stipend
